Challenge: Reimagine Starbucks offerings for Gen Z audiences by bringing the sense of connection typically found in cafés into everyday, on-the-go moments.
Solution: We developed a multi-channel concept we called “Ready-Made Moments,” reframing the product as a catalyst for connection rather than a solo experience. The campaign includes a student ambassador program, creator-led social content, outdoor ads, and campus activations designed to foster shared experiences and encourage organic engagement.
